Delivery Policy
1. Digital delivery only
The Azentie Agent Kit is a digital product. There is no physical shipment, no postage and no customs. Nothing is ever sent by post, and we never ask for a delivery address.
2. When you get it

3. Where we deliver
Worldwide, wherever Stripe can accept your payment. Prices are in euros regardless of your country.
4. What you receive
- A download link to the full kit for the edition you bought, as an archive file.
- A receipt from Stripe, which also serves as proof of licence.
- Future updates to that edition, sent to the same email address.
5. What you need
A computer where you can unzip an archive and run a project locally, plus your own accounts and API keys with the model providers you intend to use. The kit is source code and assumes basic knowledge of Python or TypeScript. It does not run on a phone or a tablet.
6. If nothing arrives
- Check the spam, promotions and junk folders for a message from our domain.
- Confirm the address you typed at checkout, since a typo there is the most common cause.
- Email support@azentie.com with the Stripe payment reference from your card statement or receipt. We resend it by hand, usually the same day.
7. Link validity
Your download link stays valid. If it ever expires or breaks, ask us and we issue a new one at no cost, for as long as the kit exists.
8. Failed delivery and refunds
If we cannot deliver the kit to you at all, you get a full refund without needing to invoke the Refund Policy window.
